Then you can still free roam back to all planets, do missing trophies and find missing Collectibles.
Free-Roam / Level Select after Story?: Yes, after the story you can choose “Resume” from Title Screen and it will put you back before the endboss. Does difficulty affect trophies?: No, can do everything on easiest difficulty. Everything else you can still get after the story in free roam, you can return to all planets. Number of missable trophies: 1 – Extinction Event (if you’d intentionally ignore all Grunthors, you could miss this because there aren’t enough left after the story, but the trophy can quickly be farmed by repeatedly killing the first Grunthor). Approximate amount of time to platinum: 10 hours (this rating assumes you watch all cutscenes, it can be done quicker if you skip them). If you miss one, don't worry, in patch 1.02 this was fixed and this is the one that doens't count, but it does before that patch
Kick both crystals before progressing (the one on the left and right).
During the Rail Grind when you come to the part where the 3 rails next to each other are (path forward is closed off). On the northern side of the western platform (west one from the middle platform on the map) you can find x2 of them. 
It's the area where the optional missions takes you
Northeast part of the map, you will find x3 crystals there. Middle platform southern side on the map of that platform, this one leads to the Gold Bolt. I will list only the optional ones which you can miss if you don't explore the map. And they can only be found on Blizar Prime & Cordelion planets. They are purple crystals which take you to another dimensions where the surraundings are different. If you play on 1.02 patch, you only need 29 out of 30 Blizon Crystals. Buy the ones for 1 currency and that should be your last trophy. In NG+ you will need to play until the point where you can buy weapons from the robo merchant. Going for NG+ will create a new save on a new save slot (if you have empty ones), so you can always continue the free roam before the final boss from the main menu by just loading the other save. When you finish the game you can stay in free roam mode, which will return you before the final boss fight, or you can start your NG+ and carry all weapons + their stats. Step 2 - NG + and what to take into account Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Collectibles Guide If you miss this trophy (it's reaaaaaly hard to miss it, you really need to avoid them), just run through NG+ and do them then. After finishing the game they don't appear anymore, and the ones in the arena doesn't count. 
That one is for killing 5 Grunthors (the big dinosaur boss-like enemies which reward you with Raritanium). The platinum is very easy, just be careful about Extinction Event trophy on Sargasso. Step 1 - Finish the game while working on collectibles and constantly change your weaponsĪlways change your weapons and buy new ones as soon as you can! There are many trophies related to weapons, I unlocked them easily by always using weapons that are not on their max level (which is 5 on your first playthrough), and by the end I was missing only one weapon-related trophy.įor the collectables, you don't need them all, just all CraiggerBears, all Blizon Crystals expect one (23 on Blizar Prime, 7 on Cordelion), all Spybots, all Zurpstones during an optional mission on Sargasso, all Glitch Challenges, just 5 Gold Bolts out of 25, just 3 Lorbs out of 12 on Savali and 3 Armors out of 24.

Plus the platinum journey is an easy one. New Ratchet is a really, really fun game, and that is what games are all about. Welcome Ratchets and Clanks! I missed games like these, so when this came to my attention after getting rid of the endless backlog, I felt happy and like a child.
